After a month of using it 2x's a week, my skin is clearer than before I started using this product. I would totally recommend buying this product if you suffer from acne scars or pigmentation skin.

For a years I had an issue with my scars that were left behind from scratching my acne. This is much better than the previous jade roller I ordered from another seller. This one is sturdier, does not squeak. It arrived in a box to minimize damage upon arrival. So far, so good.

I'm using it for ice pick acne scars. I can't say yet if they are diminished, but it does help product get absorbed.

I've been using for a couple weeks every other day in the evening. I combine use with my own vitamin c serum. I've already seen a noticeable difference in my acne scars and discoloration. I highly recommend for the price.

I never leave reviews, but in this case, I feel I must to let others know what an amazing device this is. I have used this about 3 times so far and I have deep pitted acne scars. I use it once a month (the 1.0mm) and it has made a huge difference. My scars don't look so deep anymore and some of my pores has shrunk. It is also helping with fine lines. I will continue using this miracle device as my self confidence is returning.

Make sure to get rubbing alcohol with it for cleaning! An absolute essential, this has really helped my skin texture. I struggle with little bumps on my facial skin that despite exfoliation, still seem to pop up. Not anymore! I do this once every day/every other day, and my skin is now even and smooth.

I have never been one to be able to tell if a product or tool is working for me. I have seen an improvement in my skin since starting to use the Derma Roller, although i am also using new products so that may be helping too. Overall, i find this easy to use and it does not 'hurt' just a weird feeling as i am using it.

Its amazing how it gave me instant results. I tried this on one side of my face and it did give me an instant lift. New using this technique, but I can tell you I can feel a great difference in my skin since started.Probably is the combination of high-frequency and this, but my skin is so much better.Started with formation of small wrinkles, and I can see them disappear every week.I use it two ace a week.Good quality, big enough for a beginner (be sure to practice to avoid scratch your face or your neck)

Order was shipped quickly, and a follow up email sent on how to use the product, which was a nice surprise. I only used it once and I can see a lot of difference already, especially around the eyes. They say to use the 0.5mm 4 to 5 times a week which I will be doing. From the time I used it, doing the treatment was easy and painless. My main concern right now is getting rid of my acne scarring, if this will work on that it will save me $1200 going to a dermatologist to have professional microneeding.

Very happy with this purchase. I love micro needling and have found it very effective for me in the past! I have only used this set once but have been very pleased with the results so far. I love that it comes with the different size heads for different treatments. The built in sanitizing station was pretty neat too!

I've heard a ton about the Derma Roller System, and the ones I've seen before were the really expensive designer brand ones. I was always skeptical about the brand name ones as I always feel they are more marketing than for actually getting real results. Then I came across this one, and with the lower price and tons of amazing reviews I decided to get it to try. I've been using it everyday for a couple of weeks and I can say I do see a difference! My skin is improving and I can see what the hype is all about. I will continue using it as long as possible and re-order next month.

This is my first time using a micro needle on my face. I encourage anyone to do your homework before using these. I have very sensitive skin so it made sense to start with the small needles. I tried once and it went well. I would compare it to having a facial when they put the fruit acids on skin. A little tingle. I will be using regularly and am looking forward to seeing reduction in fine lines and acne scarring. I did get a .5 that I will be using as well. Also, wanted to say this product came sealed in box and bag. Very nice!

I have pretty decent skin at 48, definitely getting some smile wrinkles around my eyes, some forehead wrinkles, but overall, look on the younger side of my age. I just started getting these weird under eye criss cross wrinkles and and decided to look into a product or treatment for that sensitive area. I bought this derma roller about 3 or 4 weeks ago, and have used maybe 5 times. I sterilized it and my face with 70 percent iso alcohol, rolled over my whole face and neck, then rinsed and sterilized microneedler and face again. The under eye area looked amazing, criss cross wrinkles were just plain gone. I thought it was probably due to swelling and they would be back in a day or two... still gone! What I noticed even more was the texture of my skin...super glowy and clear...like no foundation or makeup clear. Even better, when I did apply foundation, it went on flawlessly. For the price, this is the most effective item I have EVER used and as most of us, I have spent plenty on gadgets, potions and treatments over the years. My use has been the following: weekly use (maybe twice a week on occasion or on a particular area), sterilization of both skin and roller before and after treatment with 70% isopropyl alcohol, then application of the dermacell collagen cream, or dermac+ anti-aging serum. I usually do not use any make up or harsh products for 24 hours after figuring my skin would be more prone to breaking out. They equate it to exfoliation, but I have exfoliated plenty in my lifetime and with plenty of different products...never had results this good.

Came very neatly packaged and with thorough instructions. I've seen all the different micro needling kits that cost hundreds of dollars and I've wanted something to help out my acne and acne scars. This product is amazing, I was scared at first that it would hurt because, duh, you're rolling a bunch of needles on your face. It came as an extremely pleasant surprise when the worst I experienced was a light pinch on a sensitive spot. As a regular used of derma rollers, I was so surprised how much better this roller worked compared to others, especially at such a low price point. I saw a video on fb live of someone using one and she raved about it so I thought I'd try one. I can see a difference after just one use, I also apply the collagen cream after every treatment. NOTHING even comes close to the results I've had with this little roller:*My skin texture is more even, soft and clear than ever in my life.*The hollows under my eyes have begun to plump up. I didn't even realize they were hollow before until I noticed the plumpness (looks different from undereye bags, which I get if I don't sleep well). I used to have kind of a V-shape sagging from my lower orbital bone, now it's a wide, high, gentle U-shape above my orbital bone and the skin is flatter, almost looks like I've been photoshopped!*Acne hyperpigmentation fades quickly.*Old acne scars are flattening.*I don't seem to be getting many blackheads anymore. Then without rinsing, I apply Intersight Naturals Vitamin C Serum and Wilma Schumann Moisture Intensiv Restorative Cream. These products do sting a little so be warned. I find that after 1 day my skin is crazy itchy (don't scratch or exfoliate!!!), then on the second day it gets very dry with powdery dry flakes but I don't exfoliate...just put heavy moisturizer. I very gently exfoliate with my towel after a shower on the third day and by then it all clears right off. I hope this helps <3

This product is doing wonders for my acne scars and evening out textures in my skin. I've only been derma rolling for 2 months so I think I'll get even better results if I use it a little longer. However, even after such a short period of time, I am seeing improvements which is exciting when you've been dealing with acne scars and uneven skin. Also, the customer service with this company is outstanding because they reached out to me after ordering to let me know the proper way to use the roller. Finally the quality of the product and how sturdy it feels was a nice surprise. I think it will hold up in the long run which is more than you'd expect for something at this price point.

I have been using the 1.5mm on my stomach every other day for 2 weeks now. I am trying to tighten skin that is lose and wrinkled due to childbirth, age and sun damage. I am starting to see one of the rashes start to disappear. I have also used the .5mm on my face for the last 3 months and notice a significant difference in the size of my pores, the firmness of my skin, and I think in my melasma.

I really waited a while to write a customer review to make sure I noticed a difference.
