OK first - this product came quickly and is exactly like the photo. The needles are even and straight. I am very impressed with the quality for the price!NOW!!! Derma rolling has changed everything for me!!! I have struggled with my skin my whole life. I am 35 with very oily, acne prone skin, a few early wrinkles and minor hormonal acne, and two very light age spots on my cheeks. I have used this roller only 3 times and I am absolutely blown away by the changes I am seeing ALREADY. I am a beauty professional and have tried so many products and spa treatments that it would make your head spin. NOTHING even comes close to the results I've had with this little roller:*My skin texture is more even, soft and clear than ever in my life.*The hollows under my eyes have begun to plump up. I didn't even realize they were hollow before until I noticed the plumpness (looks different from undereye bags, which I get if I don't sleep well). I used to have kind of a V-shape sagging from my lower orbital bone, now it's a wide, high, gentle U-shape above my orbital bone and the skin is flatter, almost looks like I've been photoshopped!*Acne hyperpigmentation fades quickly.*Old acne scars are flattening.*I don't seem to be getting many blackheads anymore. There is the occasional super deep one that eventually turns into a zit like always.*BUT! New zits are way 'weaker' and they go away very quickly now because they are more on the surface.*My 2 age spots are fading!I am angry with myself because I didn't take a 'before' photo. To be honest I was pretty doubtful that this would work as it was my last resort before trying laser treatments. I have been doing dermabrasion and used medi-spa grade product lines for years with very poor results.I use a collagen sheet mask for 30minutes after rolling. Then without rinsing, I apply Intersight Naturals Vitamin C Serum and Wilma Schumann Moisture Intensiv Restorative Cream. These products do sting a little so be warned. I find that after 1 day my skin is crazy itchy (don't scratch or exfoliate!!!), then on the second day it gets very dry with powdery dry flakes but I don't exfoliate...just put heavy moisturizer. I very gently exfoliate with my towel after a shower on the third day and by then it all clears right off. I hope this helps <3

Used this 4 days a week for 2 weeks, the results are unbelievable. I couldn't believe this little thing could make such a huge impact on my skin. Use a little pressure, great results.
It really does work on all the acne scars. You can see the difference within 2-3 days after using it. Use quality vitamin C serum after derma roller for better and faster results.
Simple but yet affective. After the treatment, the skin warm up and feel all blood circulation. We only use once a week as we have quite sensitive skin. But our skin is glowing and much softer than before. Can wait see the difference in 6 months!
Make-up seems to absorb well. Face seems to be slimmer. My e get good massage after a long day at work. I highly recommend the item for beauty and health purposes.
As a regular used of derma rollers, I was so surprised how much better this roller worked compared to others, especially at such a low price point. I saw a video on fb live of someone using one and she raved about it so I thought I'd try one. I can see a difference after just one use, I also apply the collagen cream after every treatment. I'm seriously shocked! I had acne as a teen but in my 20's the scars weren't very noticeable, now that I'm in my mid 30's they stand out on my cheeks. I can't wait to see the results after a month or two.
I got this derma roller for my sister yesterday and she really enjoys it. She said she liked the feel of the soft micro needles and actually used less product to achieve the same results. This morning she said there was "noticeable improvement" in her complexion and that her skin felt "great". I guess she uses coconut oil and what not on her skin. In any case, it was a good buy. She recommends!
I've heard a ton about the Derma Roller System, and the ones I've seen before were the really expensive designer brand ones. I was always skeptical about the brand name ones as I always feel they are more marketing than for actually getting real results. Then I came across this one, and with the lower price and tons of amazing reviews I decided to get it to try. I've been using it everyday for a couple of weeks and I can say I do see a difference! My skin is improving and I can see what the hype is all about. I will continue using it as long as possible and re-order next month.
Very happy with this purchase. I love micro needling and have found it very effective for me in the past! I have only used this set once but have been very pleased with the results so far. I love that it comes with the different size heads for different treatments. The built in sanitizing station was pretty neat too!

This is my first time using a micro needle on my face. I encourage anyone to do your homework before using these. I have very sensitive skin so it made sense to start with the small needles. I tried once and it went well. I would compare it to having a facial when they put the fruit acids on skin. A little tingle. I will be using regularly and am looking forward to seeing reduction in fine lines and acne scarring. I did get a .5 that I will be using as well. Also, wanted to say this product came sealed in box and bag. Very nice!

I have pretty decent skin at 48, definitely getting some smile wrinkles around my eyes, some forehead wrinkles, but overall, look on the younger side of my age. I just started getting these weird under eye criss cross wrinkles and and decided to look into a product or treatment for that sensitive area. I bought this derma roller about 3 or 4 weeks ago, and have used maybe 5 times. I sterilized it and my face with 70 percent iso alcohol, rolled over my whole face and neck, then rinsed and sterilized microneedler and face again. The under eye area looked amazing, criss cross wrinkles were just plain gone. I thought it was probably due to swelling and they would be back in a day or two... still gone! What I noticed even more was the texture of my skin...super glowy and clear...like no foundation or makeup clear. Even better, when I did apply foundation, it went on flawlessly. For the price, this is the most effective item I have EVER used and as most of us, I have spent plenty on gadgets, potions and treatments over the years. My use has been the following: weekly use (maybe twice a week on occasion or on a particular area), sterilization of both skin and roller before and after treatment with 70% isopropyl alcohol, then application of the dermacell collagen cream, or dermac+ anti-aging serum. I usually do not use any make up or harsh products for 24 hours after figuring my skin would be more prone to breaking out. They equate it to exfoliation, but I have exfoliated plenty in my lifetime and with plenty of different products...never had results this good.
Great value for your money. It leaves my skin a bit red afterwards, which is normal because it is just your skins natural healing process, but the redness doesn't last long. You will see results after some time. Its great for face and also for stretch marks! I also like the cases they come in. Well packaged.
I was introduced to the Derma Roller System by a friend and after seeing the improvement in her skin, I purchased one for myself. I have only been using it for about 2 weeks now, and can already see a marked tightening of my facial skin.
This actually works! I've tried SO many face care products and have always been disappointed. I have bags under my e and the skin is very creepy. My eyelids are also droopy. When used around the eye area it actually lifts your eyebrow up. I tried it on just one side of my face so I could compare and it was a huge difference. I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 because it doesn't last. Slowly your face returns to its original state. I'm hoping that with continual use the results will become more permanent.
Received Derma roller quickly as always but while waiting I did a lot of YouTube searches to find out more. I found out the needle size is important for the job at hand. The amount of pressure to apply The value in doing a derma roll process on your face and hygiene concerns. I have only used once so cannot speak to the value of the complete derma roller system now but I would suggest you look up info if it's your first time, the internet raves about this process for skin collagen production. At 58 that is why I bought it.
Great for the price! I've use the 0.5, 3 times a week. I use it the with the collagen cream or vitamin C serum, and I find that the holes in my face is smoother in the morning after use. Doesn't hurt at all.
I have light acne scars, mild/severe hyperpigmentation from scarring and sun damage, and a cafe au lait birthmark on my face. Over the past 3 months of using my 0.5mm Dermaroller varying from 2 to 4 weeks, I have seen improvement on my acne scars, major improvement on my hyperpigmentation, and a more even skin texture. I didn't have my hopes too high for this product, but I was pleasantly surprised it gave me major improvements to my skin for most of my skin problems.
Pretty straight forward. I've been using my derma roller consistently for 2 weeks and I am noticing a difference in the my scar indentations. My skin seems to be more even than before. Feels like it works.
I like the product (0.5 mm). You just need to be aware of what products contact your skin after rolling (such as good creams). I have been on and off with the product, and it's recommended to use at least once per week. After I've rolled it I noticed my skin look slightly better. If your skin is sensitive only use once a week and on the areas on your face that are needed for improvement, if not then keep on rolling! (tips: remember not to drag on your skin, apply very slight pressure or none at all; it does mildly hurt after a while. Do this during the evening when you have no where to go out, and recommended the day after to stay home to not be exposed to dirt or pollution from outside. Use a collagen cream for your skin after rolling, it will absorb much better. It becomes much more tolerable with time. Also very important, keep the needles clean! Spray with rubbing alcohol and let it dry)
The derma roller system is now part of my weekly routine because of it's virtues for hair regrowth (increase blood flow to the hair follicles) and skin care (activate the skin's natural regeneration process, reduce wrinkles, boosts collagen production, increase beauty product absorption).
I previously purchased a much more expensive derma roller and found no discernible difference between this one, which is excellent. It's amazing to see how quickly it's helping scars heal and I can feel my collagen cream getting deeper after use! I wake up with my face feeling so soft!!
Only used once so far. Seemed to have made my skin look better the next following weeks. I want to see what happens after a year!
